Bear Creek Stables is located in Bear Creek Lake Park.

We can accommodate small or large groups for horse rides with miles of trails set in over 2,600 acres of beautiful parkland with its natural habitat, preserves and wildlife. This experience is good family fun and a great adventure.

We offer rides to those who have ridden many times, a few times, or never at all!

Note: If you have a child with special needs we can accommodate you with our trained Wranglers and experienced Staff to help make this a special day for your family.

• 1 Hour Ride: $60.00/person

• 1.5 Hour Ride: $75.00/person

• Sunset Ride: $80.00/person

(Sunset rides do not start until the end of May and we do not offer them on Sundays)

Age Requirements:

Ages 8 years old and above are able to ride alone on their horse, 

7 years old ride their own horse but are led by the wrangler on horseback, 

6 years old and below can do a 30 minute sandbox/stable ride on a horse or pony, led by a wrangler. Max weight for mini ponies is 50 lbs--anything above that will be led on horse.
